Programs: Caregiver Training

This class is offered 2-3 times a year, spring, summer and fall.  To find out the dates of future classes or to be put on the waiting list for a future class, sign up for our email list.

A two and a half day training in San Diego for individuals intending to provide Gerson care for a loved one or for non-licensed health care providers wishing to expand their range of knowledge. Also for anyone who wants to learn how to do the Gerson Therapy for themselves or others. It includes:

• Hands-on juicing experience
  
• Food preparation by a Gerson expert
  
• How to administer a coffee enema
  
• Safe injection techniques
  
• Suggestions and practical guidance from staff and recovered patients
  This workshop is mandatory for “Companions” and “Home Set-up Coordinators” who want to be listed on the Gerson Institute Approved Referral List.
